OM SAIRAM JAI SIRAM!

Most people think that if their wishes are fufilled, then they will be blessed by God. Real blessing of God will be showered on those who take care about others, not self. Most people pray for their own welfare, not thinking about the people surrounding them. One should understand that everyone has got problems and if we closely analyse others, their problems will be more and serious than ours. It is not that problems of life are unique or sigled out.

It is like students - In higher classes, the syllabus will be tough and the exams also will be tough. The student who studies in class eight will think that class eight will be the toughest. He will not think about the syllabus of class twelve which would be more tougher that the same of class eight.

We are all concerned about our problems. Let whatever may happen to others, I should be comfortable, my family should be happy, my children should score good marks etc... are our thoughts. To such persons, God blessings mean his own welfare only. He will be thinking about his own achievements. These persons would be the victim of God's annoyance, not blessing. Defenitely there would be some problem happen in his life which would be a major set back for him.

God will not freely donate blessings. We should do our exercises well so that God Himself will be pleased and bless us. We cannot steal God's blessings.

Bake a Cake or plant a Seed
Ponder the difference between Want & Need?

I Asked BABA

I asked BABA for strength, that I might achieve,
I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey;
I asked for health, that I might do greater things,
I was given infirmity, that I might do better things;

I asked for riches, that I might be happy,
I was given poverty, that I might be wise;
I asked for power, that I might have the praise of man,
I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of BABA;

I asked for all things, that I might enjoy life,
I was given life, that I might enjoy things;
I got nothing that I asked for - but everything I had hoped for,
Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered,

I am among all, most richly blessed.

even the best of us get stressed out.
we could all use a break.
laughter can solve the problem.
a light heart can save the day.
a carefree attitude can free the soul.
a smile can warm the coldest of hearts.
the right words can change the situation.

it's just not enough...
there's nothing you can do.

you just have to pray.

Things that Make You Feel Good

1. Falling in love.

2. Laughing so hard your face hurts.

3. A hot shower.

4. No lines at the supermarket.

5. A special glance.

6. Getting mail from a friend.

7. Taking a drive on a pretty road.

8. Hearing your favorite song on the radio.

9. Lying in bed listening to the rain outside.

10. Hot towels fresh out of the dryer.

11. Chocolate milkshake. (or vanilla or strawberry!)

15. The beach.

33. Swinging on swings.

34. Making eye contact with a cute stranger.
