Basically we need to FEEL BABA....

We all seem to be religious persons and have faith in BABA. We have also been taught that SAI is everywhere, unborn, unseen, creator of everything - omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent. We visit religious places, pray and come back. But in our practical life we do not respect elders, quarrel with neighbors, cheat in business or work. In that case, the purpose of visiting a holy shrine is not fulfilled. It is like waste of time and energy. What is the use of going to religious place and attend sacred prayers & lectures when we could not practice those teachings in our daily life.

We can feel BABA only through our inner "enlightenment". In order to know BABA one has to be hard working and sincere towards his work. Only then He can remain free from grief, fear, superfluous desires, etc. and in that state He is near to almighty and can well watch, listen, feel and nature around him and know the true spirit of SAI.


To feel BABA we need to be thankful and appreciative of the things we have around us & Be in SAI-KRIPA~~~

I think its important that when carrying out our daily activities our consciousness should remain with Sai.. in this way we will think twice before quarreling with neighbors, cheating in business..etc. Practicing faith shouldn't just be a routine thing but should be something we put our soul and heart into.

Whenever I find myself at the crossroads or have trouble making the right decisions in my life I always base my decision on two things..first I think what will Sai think? then I think what will my parents think? minus what people think.This makes me feel humble and enables me to feel Sai in my daily actions and thoughts. thats just my opinion anyway....

I wish to share another interesting story with all of you....


[size=12pt]One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water.



She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it slowly, and then asked, "How much do I owe you?"




"You don't owe me anything," she replied. "Mother has taught us never to accept pay for a kindness."



He said..... "Then I thank you from my heart." As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.




Year's later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room.



Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her. He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to the case.



After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval.




He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally she looked, and something caught her attention on the side of the bill.

She read these words.....

"Paid in full with one glass of milk"

Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed:
"Thank You, God, that Your love has spread abroad through human hearts and hands."

I think the other way...I think being alone or with anyone is not the criteria for oneness with BABA....Oneness with BABA is 24x7, 365 days, we can realize and relish that when we adopt Godly acts i.e. always in high spirits, always ready to help others, doing something creative for the mankind, loving everyone and looking the positive aspect of Life always...such a living can make us feel that we are always with BABA!

Once a person has been shown a glass filled with half portion water and asked, " What you are seeing now?'.
The person has replied," I am seeing a half empty glass". The same question has been repeated to another person who replied that he is seeing a half full glass.
BABA is also like that. We can see BABA everywhere, we can feel HIM in everything. Only thing what matters is whether we are a pessimist or optimist. If we are optimist, we can see BABA in all deeds and words. If we are pessimist, we cannot find HIM anywhere and we would always be doubtful.

I Found Sai There

The surgeon sat beside my bed; and my friends sat across him. "Tomorrow
morning," the surgeon began, "I'll open up your heart..."

"You'll find Sai there," I interrupted.

The surgeon looked up, annoyed. "I'll cut your heart open," he
continued, to see how much damage has been done..."

"But when you open up my heart, you'll find Sai in there." The surgeon
looked to the parents, who sat quietly.

"When I see how much damage has been done, I'll sew your heart and
chest back up and I'll plan what to do next."

"But you'll find Sai in my heart. "Gita, Bible, Koran" says He lives
there. The hymns all say He lives there. You'll find Him in my heart."

The surgeon had had enough. "I'll tell you what I'll find in your
heart. I'll find damaged muscle, low blood supply, and weakened
vessels. And I'll find out if I can make you well."

"You'll find Sai there too. He lives there."

The surgeon left. After the surgery, the surgeon sat in his office,
recording his notes: "...damaged aorta, damaged pulmonary vein,
widespread muscle degeneration. No hope for transplant, no hope for
cure. Therapy: painkillers and bed rest. Prognosis:" here he
paused, "death within one year
"

He stopped the recorder, but there was more to be said. "Why?" he asked aloud.

"Why did you do this? You've put him here; you've put him in this
pain; and you've cursed him to an early death. Why?"

The Lord Sai answered, "The child, My lamb, was not meant for your
flock for long, for he is a part of My flock, and will forever be.
Here, in My flock, he will feel no pain, and will be comforted as you
cannot imagine. His friends will one day join him here, and they will
know peace, and My flock will continue to grow."

The surgeon's tears were hot, but his anger was hotter. "You created
that Boy, and You created that heart. He'll be dead in months.

Why?"

The Lord Sai answered, "The child, my lamb, shall return to my flock,
for he has done his duty: I did not put My lamb with your flock to lose
him, but to retrieve another lost lamb."

The surgeon wept.

The surgeon sat beside my bed; my friends sat across him. I awoke and
whispered, "Did you cut open my heart?"

"Yes," said the surgeon.

"What did you find?" I asked.

"I found Sai there," said the surgeon.
